What to Know Before Your First Visit

A few helpful tips to make your first experience with us smooth and enjoyable

Arrive Early

Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your first class to check in, meet your instructor, and get settled in the space.

What to Bring

Wear comfortable workout clothes, bring a water bottle, and a towel. We provide mats and any equipment needed for class.

All Levels Welcome

Every class can be modified for your fitness level. Our instructors provide options to make movements easier or more challenging.

Hydration is Key

For hot classes especially, hydrate before, during, and after. Don't wait until you're thirsty – drink water throughout the day before class.
